Philips have annouced the 9704 LED TV series will be available in three screen sizes of 40", 46" and 52". The 9704 will use Philips LED Lux backlighting system which Philips say will produce a 5,000,000: 1 dynaminc contrast ratio.
Other features of the LED backlit 1080p LCD HDTV are 200Hz Clear LCD technology, 1ms response time, Ambilight Spectra 3, Perfect Natural Motion technology and Perfect Pixel HD engine for image enhancement.
Another great feature of the Philips 9704 series is it’s built in Wi-Fi. This allows connection to your home network and the Internet, without the need of an Ethernet cable. You can also access and playback media content from your networked PCs via DNLA, providing streaming media. Philips Net TV enables to set the sets to access web sites, and also stream Internet videos.

A great way to use your new LED ultra thin TV is with DISH Network's more than 200 HD channels. I work for DISH and get free service but I would pay for my HD because it's crystal clear and there's always HD content that I enjoy.
